How do I know the coaches are safe?+
Every RAYY partner goes through background verification, Aadhaar KYC, and coaching credential checks. Parent presence is required for children under 6. All venues are inspected for safety standards.
Can I cancel after enrolling?+
Absolutely. There's no lock-in contract. Cancel anytime with full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the next session. We want your child to love it, not feel trapped.
What age groups do you serve?+
We serve children aged 3 to 14 years. Activities are age-appropriate with coaches trained for specific developmental stages. Batch sizes are kept small (6-8 kids) for personalised attention.
